Natural production – the path to direct juice:
When you enjoy a sip of directly pressed juice, you taste the pure essence of the fruit. This juice is pressed directly from carefully selected, ripe fruits. The fresh juice ends up in the bottle without detours and without long storage times. Light pasteurization protects the juice from spoilage and at the same time preserves the valuable ingredients. The result is a juice that not only pleases the palate, but also gives your body what it needs - as if you were picking and squeezing the fruit yourself directly from the tree.
The process of making concentrate juice – a consistent taste:
When producing concentrate juice, the freshly squeezed juice is subjected to an intensive heat treatment to remove the water. What remains is a thick concentrate that has a long shelf life and is easy to transport. During bottling, this concentrate is reconstituted with water, flavors and colorings. This procedure not only sounds unnatural, but it is! Important, heat-sensitive vitamins and enzymes do not survive this process, and the original, pure taste of the fruit is lost. This creates a fruit juice that has only slight flavor nuances and therefore has a standardized taste.
