Premium quality here also means that the natural cloudy substances from the directly pressed apples are retained. Our juice is not filtered, but enters naturally into the pack as it is pressed from the fruit. This also preserves the so-called suspended matter, which gives the apple juice with the East Styria quality mark its special and strong aroma and its typical colour. Before drinking, we recommend shaking the pack briefly so that the so-called cloudy substances of the apple do not settle but mix.

Investment in stainless steel storage tanks
Der Fruchtsaftexperte Höllinger ist bekannt und beliebt für seinen Steirischen Apfelsaft. Die Getränkemarke rund um Geschäftsführer Gerhard Höllinger investiert kräftig und erweiterte im Oktober 2021 das Apfelsaft-Tanklager in der Steiermark. Bis zu 1,8 Millionen Liter Apfelsaft finden in den 50 Lagertanks Platz. Investiert wurden rund 1,1 Millionen Euro. Dadurch können die Transportwege zwischen Ernte, Pressung und Lagerung verkürzt werden.
In cooperation with Ribes Frucht & Saft KG, which is based in the idyllic St. Stefan ob Stainz, the Styrian apple juice is produced entirely in the region. Farmers deliver their fruit directly to where the entire annual amount of apple juice is pressed during the harvest in autumn and stored in the new tanks until bottling.
