Raspberry pancakes

In a large bowl, mix flour, eggs, milk and a pinch of salt to form a smooth dough.

Heat a pan over medium heat and add some butter.

Once the butter has melted, pour a ladleful of batter into the pan. Spread the dough evenly to create a round shape.

Fry the pancakes until golden brown and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Repeat the process until all the dough is used.

Serve the pancakes with a generous drizzle of Höllinger organic raspberry syrup and garnish with fresh raspberries for extra freshness and flavor.
