Raspberry secco

Take a champagne glass and fill it with ice cubes to keep the drink nice and cold.

Carefully pour 3 cl of Höllinger organic raspberry syrup over the ice. The syrup creates a wonderfully fruity and sweet base.

Fill the glass with 150 ml of Prosecco or sparkling wine. The choice depends on your personal preference – Prosecco for a lighter taste, sparkling wine for a more intense taste.

Add a splash of soda to bulk up the cocktail and give it a zing.

Garnish the raspberry spritz with some fresh raspberries, which not only add visual appeal but also enhance the raspberry flavor.
