Rose petal ice cubes

Carefully wash the rosebuds and place them in the containers. Mix water with organic rose petal syrup and fill the container.

Let freeze overnight.

Only fill the ice cube tray to a height of 2 millimeters, insert the rose buds and freeze for about ½ to 1 hour.

Then pour in the remaining liquid.

This way the rosebuds stay on the ground and don't float on the surface.

Rosebud ice cubes go well with sparkling wine or a rose cocktail.
