The natural cloudy pioneer
It all started in 1998, when Gerhard Höllinger
was the first to realize that in the home
supermarket shelves among the drinks
one product in particular was missing – direct apple juice!
This is what the former product manager did
to work and developed the first naturally cloudy,
directly pressed apple juice.The basis for this were the
best apples from Eastern Styria. When the company was founded, everything was coordinated directly from the apartment at the time. From storing goods on the balcony and having the office and laboratory in the living room, nothing of that setup remains. Nowadays, the range has now grown to over 50 products and is exported to 50 countries worldwide.
Unique recipe
for children's drinks
With our fruity school juices, free of any additional
sugar, you can sweeten your loved one's school day.
The formula for these refreshing thirst quenchers is:
organic direct fruit juice combined with still water.
Our children's drinks are made according to a tried and tested recipe made as follows:
60% organic fruit juice, mixed with 40%
still water. Gerhard Höllinger was a pioneer in this
area and was the first to introduce this unique recipe
on the market in 2002, which was developed together with the university for soil cultivation. The innovative blend in many different varieties not only tastes good but also provides variety in the snack box!
Regional tank storage

In October 2021 we expanded our apple juice tank farm in Styria, in which was invested heavily. In close cooperation with Ribes Frucht & Saft KG, the entire production of Styrian apple juice takes place in the region.
Farmers deliver their harvest directly to
where the total annual apple juice requirement is pressed
during the autumn season. The 50 storage tanks
can accommodate an impressive 1.8 million liters of directly
pressed apple juice. Thanks to this new expansion,
transport routes are significantly shortened,
resulting in an annual saving of around 115,000 kilograms of CO2. A sustainable investment that pays off.
Awarding of the Austrian national coat of arms
The Federal Ministry for Digitalization and Economic Affairs awarded us the Austrian national coat of arms.
This is a prestigious seal of quality from the Republic of Austria. This honor is not just a recognition,
but also a tribute to the extraordinary achievements and outstanding success
of Gerhard Höllinger and his dedicated team.
The award continues to motivate us, continually to promote innovation, sustainability and excellence in the industry.

We give bees
a home
Bees are important for the ecosystem and
for the pollination of cultivated and wild plants. The preservation of our bees is particularly important, to ensure a rich fruit harvest. Fruit
such as our apples are dependent on the pollination of bees.
That's why we have set ourselves the goal to give bees a
home. In our garden, there are two organic beehives which, at
full operation, can house about 40.000 bees. This way, we
provide a home for our bees. And when delicious honey is
produced as a result, the whole team rejoices over a jar of
homemade honey.
